北京艺术节之旅

共享空间专业舞团在7月21日启程飞往中国北京，这次的赴京演出最大的不一样，是创办人马金泉及叶忠文将他们一手培养的本土专业舞者带到国际的平台上，让他们与来自世界的舞林高手交流及切磋，开始谱写他们这一代本土舞者的国际视野，更重要的是他们这一代的未来瞻望。

7月23日马来西亚共享空间专业舞团与韩国SEOP现代舞团为“亚洲呼唤之另类平台”的首演掀开序幕，共享空间的舞作《黑白变》演出后获得全场观众的激赏。中国艺术研究院舞蹈研究所所长欧建平教授及来自中国各地与国际的艺术家、教师、学者皆表示：“精彩的演出及出色的舞蹈创意令观众留下深刻的印象，《黑白变》为来自北京及各国的观众对马来西亚的专业现代舞团及其水平打开更新的认识。”《黑白变》奇特的黑白气球设计及舞蹈令观众惊艳，在演出中获得多次的热烈掌声。上海国际艺术节负责人及来自西班牙的著名舞团艺术总监Yoshua Cienfuegos都希望在新的一年有合作的可能，历时将马来西亚的艺术创作在国际上点燃出更耀眼的光芒。

7月26日共享空间创办人、舞蹈家马金泉联合香港演艺学院表演艺术教育主任陈颂英出席了由中国艺术研究院舞蹈研究所及北京艺术节联合主办的国际舞蹈研讨会，担任演讲嘉宾。舞蹈研讨会的主题为：“亚洲年青舞者的生存策略与创作态势”。舞蹈家马金泉与港艺教育主任陈颂英以不同的角度为在场的年青舞者分享了他们的国际舞蹈经验及景观，获得在场许多年青舞者的热烈反应。同时主办单位也开放时间给在场的年青舞者及听众发言询问，获得非常炽热的回响。

共享空间除了在北京艺术节演出之外，舞团也安排了舞者参观这个古都的遗迹及著名艺术区。他们参观了天安门故宫、圆明园、长城、７９８艺术区、北京舞蹈学院、中央电视台、水立方及鸟巢。中国地大人博，除了古迹及现代化的建筑物，一览北京古都从２００８年国际奥运会时投入４００亿的建设，古都顿时改变甚多，尤其两位舞蹈家马金泉及叶忠文特别感受到那种的变化，不可同日而语。

除了古迹及现代化建筑物的美景，舞者们也尝试了北京地道的食物及惊人的“美食”。

共享空间特别为这次的北京艺术节之旅，编辑了演出及活动花絮，与各位朋友分享。

A trip to Beijing Dance Festival

We are back from Beijing! This performance trip to Beijing cariies extraordinary meaning for the dancers that have been locally trained by the founders Anthony Meh and Aman Yap to perform on an international platform and to have an artistic exchange among the participants from different countries around the world. More importantly, through this opportunity, these younger dance genearation could further their future prospect.

On 23th of July, the Springboard Platform of Beijing Dance Festival began with Dua Space Dance Theatre from Malaysia and SEOP Dance Theatre from Korea. The production of Dua Space Dance Theatre received a very well response from the audience. The director of Dance Department of Chinese National Academy of Arts, Prof. Ou Jian Pinng and the international artists, teachers and scholars who attended the performance claimed that “the wonderful performance and creativity of dance are impressive and it rewrites the impression of the audience toward Malaysia professionalism of contemporary dance”. The unique image design using black and white balloons are amazing and the audience burst into stormy applause a few times during the performance. The authority of Shanghai Dance Festival and the Artistic Director from Spain, Yoshua Cienfuegos are both looking forward to the possibility of future collaboration; this could bring Malaysia artistic creation to an international arena.

On 26^th of July, the our founder, Mr. Anthony Meh and the Head of Performing Arts Education from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Anna Chan were invited to share their experience from different aspects and their opinions to the younger generation of dancers and choreographers. This forum, co-organized by Dance Department of Chinese National Academy of Arts and Beijing Dance Festival, received a very good response from the audience as the contentful sharing and the Q and A session benefited them a lot.

Other than performing in Beijing Dance Festival, dancers also have an opportunity to visit some tourist destinations in Beijing. They went to the Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Yuanmingyuan, Great Wall, Beijing 798 Art Zone, Beijing Dance Academy, China Central Television (CCTV), Water Cube and Beijing National Stadium.

Besides, the dancers also tried out various kind of delicious food in Beijing and some of them are really astonishing!
